Zoom Conference on Black Hole Microstructure, June 8 – 12, 2020
The primary goal of this conference is to bring together experts in the diverse approaches to the study of black-hole microstates, to identify synergies, engage in constructive criticism and resolve apparent conflicts. A significant focus will be the dynamics of black-hole microstructure. The conference will involve three talks a day and a panel discussion on the first four days of the conference. See the timetable. All events will be held via Zoom, the lectures and panels will be recorded and live-streamed to Youtube, instructions will be posted on the Conference webpage.

Eurostrings 2020 > 2021
Due to the coronavirus situation, the next Eurostrings meeting, initially planned for August 24-28, 2020 in Oxford, is postponed to 2021, same location.
IRN:QFS is born !
IRN:QFS, the International Research Network on Quantum Fields and Strings, has been approved by CNRS on January 24, 2020. It gathers about 200 scientists from 80 research institutes throughout the world.
Negociations are under way with a handful of official foreign partners to establish Memoranda of Understanding. Meanwhile, the IRN:QFS network is up and ready for fruitful exchange of information and knowledge !
